Refund policy
Refunds and exchange are only available on items that are returned in restock-able condition. For refunds, all items must be returned in it's original packaging, unworn and undamaged/ restock-able condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and return item within 14 days of delivery.
In case shipping costs are cheaper than paid by customer, the difference will be refunded. You will receive a confirmation from us via email.
NON - REFUNDABLE ITEMS
1. Earrings - due to hygienic reason
2. Personalised item such as stamping jewellery with initial
3. Custom Orders due to the nature of custom order, it is non-refundable.
4. Broken item or items received after 14 day of delivery.
Please contact us immediately for any exchange or refund after receiving item. Return goods within 7 to 14 days to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Customers are responsible for postage fee and insurance of returning item to seller. Customers are also responsible for both postage fees of exchanging item, i.e. Postage to send your item to us and postage for exchanged good to be returned you.
Due to the value of goods, each item has to be returned to us with tracking service.
