Shipping policy

Shipping costs:

> For Europe - Package up to 5 kgs - 20 GBP

> For UK - Packages up to 5 kgs - 8 GBP

> For all other places in the world | Shipping costs are 25 GBP.

> In case we pay less for shipping for wherever reason, the difference will be refunded to the customer.

We aim to dispatch all orders in 3 business days, otherwise we will notify our customers if we are facing any unforeseen delays.

The packages are delivered by Royal Mail or partners, therefore we expect the client to receive the package within 48 hours after dispatch. Please note that the delivery time can be extended in case delayed via Royal Mail.

The client will receive a link with a track and trace as soon as the order is dispatch.
